Everything You Need to Know When Moving In

Below will be your address upon moving in depending on which complex you sign a lease at.  Sometimes the utility companies do get a little overwhelmed during the month of August.  Please make sure to call well in advance to ensure your utilities will be turned on upon move-in.  We recommend for August 1st move-in dates to have the utility company switch the utilities into your name for the day the previous tenants placed their stop service order.  Also, if your move-in day falls on a weekend have the utilities turned on Friday before move-in.  If you have any questions feel free to contact our office.  At both complexes we provide cable & high-speed internet as part of the monthy rent.  If you would like to add additional services, please contact Knology Cable.  The cable will be active immediately.

The address for Williams Pointe will vary depending on which unit you are moving into.  The utility companies have an alternate address for Williams Pointe depending on the unit. The addresses are as follows: 4411 Wimbledon Dr A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, B3, B4, C1, C2 and 4410 Clinton Pkwy D1, D2, E1, E2, E3, E4, F1, F2.  Please contact our office if problems occur when try to activate utilities.
